Microsoft Intune Specialist

Project overview

For one of our clients in Lucerne, a platform team manages thousands of notebooks. All devices are managed with Microsoft Intune. To strengthen the team and for targeted knowledge transfer, we are looking for a proven Intune specialist. You will manage and further develop the Intune environment and actively pass on your knowledge to the team.

Responsibilities

• Operation, support, and further development of the existing Intune environment
• Support in the transformation of users from Citrix to working on convertibles
• Analysis and resolution of staging problems
• Sophisticated packaging and creation of packaging checklists
• Technical support for the rollout to testers, pilot groups, and rollout waves
• Creation of reports for tracking (security) updates and application rollouts
• Configuration of Intune policies, Zero Trust, SSO, VPN, and startup scripts
• Knowledge transfer to internal employees

Requirements

General Framework Conditions

• Several years of in-depth experience in the operation and further development of Intune with Windows notebooks
• Experience with macOS in the Intune environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of PatchMyPC and Admin By Request is an advantage
• Sound understanding of Zero Trust, SSO, and VPN in the Modern Workplace context
• Awareness of high data protection requirements
• High degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Enjoyment of working in an agile environment
• Strong communication skills towards internal employees and enjoyment of knowledge sharing
• Very good German language skills
• Start: Immediately
• Duration: until June 2027 (option to extend)
• Workload: 80–100%
• Work location: Lucerne
• Remote: 2–3 days per week by arrangement (team day on-site on Wednesday or Thursday)
