Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer for a consulting assignment focused on developing and further developing central parts of a large-scale consumer application.

In the role, you will work with both user-facing functionality and common platform components that other development teams build upon. The work includes navigation, settings, API design, and features with high demands on security, privacy, and user experience.

You will collaborate closely with iOS, Android, and backend developers, as well as product, design, data, and other cross-functional competencies. The role also involves contributing to performance, testing, tools, and ways of working, and if necessary, leading initiatives that span multiple teams.

• You have at least 8 years of experience in iOS development.
• You have deep knowledge of modern iOS development and Swift.
• You write clear, idiomatic, and maintainable code.
• You have good knowledge of Cocoa design patterns and API design.
• You have experience developing common platform components with requirements for stability and backward compatibility.
• You have a good understanding of how mobile applications interact with backend systems.
• You have experience with AI agent tools and agent-based development methods, such as Cursor and Claude.
• You have experience developing solutions with high demands on privacy and security.
• You have experience with C++.
• You have experience with Android development.
• You have experience with development across multiple platforms and codebases.
