Senior IT Contract and Supplier Manager Procurement (secondment)

Project overview

As Senior IT Contract and Supplier Manager, you will focus on optimizing contract and supplier management for group-wide IT contracts.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Lead strategic IT suppliers and associated complex contracts
• Gain control over contractual obligations, supplier performance, costs, risks, compliance, continuity, changes, and renewals
• Contribute to the further professionalization of contract and supplier management
• Ensure correct execution of Third Party Risk Management
• Guarantee compliance of contracts and suppliers according to laws and regulations, including DORA, NIS2/Cbw, and the AI Act
• Increase the quality and predictability of IT service delivery
• Achieve commercial value and ensure timely preparation of decision-making
• Connect the interests of IT, business, Procurement, Finance, and control functions
• Hold suppliers accountable for agreed-upon commitments
• Bachelor's or Master's working and thinking level, preferably with a background in business administration, IT, law, economics, procurement, or a comparable field
• Demonstrable experience of at least 7 years with IT contract management and strategic supplier management within a complex organization
• Demonstrable experience with large-scale software, cloud, platform, or managed service contracts and complex contract structures
• Experience with negotiating and renewing contracts, SLAs, KPIs, governance, supplier performance, and escalation management
• Experience with license and contract models from major enterprise suppliers such as Microsoft, Oracle, Workday, or SAP is a plus
• Knowledge of IT risks, information security, privacy, continuity, and relevant legislation and regulations for financial services, including DORA
• Experience with setting up or further professionalizing contract and supplier management, including processes, tooling, dashboards, and reporting
