Senior IT Project Manager/Project Lead with focus on Logistics in Berlin

Responsibilities

What you bring:

• Lead IT projects to success: You will take over the technical management of IT projects in the logistics and supply chain environment and ensure successful implementation, such as the introduction of new route planning and international harmonization of our WMS landscape.
• Digitize logistics processes: You will develop future-proof IT solutions together with the specialist departments, be responsible for them, and optimize existing processes along the supply chain.
• Manage teams: You will manage and lead our supply chain experts technically and, depending on experience, also disciplinarily.
• Network stakeholders: You will act as a central interface between logistics, IT, and other specialist departments and bring together different requirements.
• Shape change: You will identify optimization potential, implement strategic initiatives, and drive the further development of our system landscape.
• Project management competence: You have many years of experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally in the logistics or supply chain environment.
• Logistics and process understanding: You know the requirements of modern logistics processes and understand their mapping in IT systems.
• Leadership experience: You have experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of teams and know how to motivate and develop people.
• Strong communication skills: You convince with a confident demeanor and move confidently between specialist departments, management, and IT. Fluent German language skills are mandatory.
• Analytical thinking: You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in complex projects.
• Willingness to travel: You have a willingness to travel of approx. 20-25% for on-site appointments, workshops, and coordination meetings.
