For our client, a grid operator, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager or a small consulting team for the selection and implementation of a central ticket or IT Service Management system.

• Management of the overall project from requirements gathering to system selection
• Moderation of workshops with specialist departments and IT
• Creation and consolidation of requirements and target processes
• Market analysis and provider selection
• Creation of tender and awarding documents
• Management of internal and external stakeholders
• Consideration of information security and KRITIS requirements
• Optional: Support for implementation and rollout

Your Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager in complex transformation or implementation projects
• Sound knowledge in the area of ticketing, helpdesk, or ITSM solutions
• Experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management
• Know-how in tender and awarding processes
• Ideally, experience in the KRITIS, energy supplier, or infrastructure environment
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, and ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable platforms is an advantage
• Fluent German language skills
• Start: 2026-12
