Senior Java Developer 100% – Spring | Angular | Payments

For a bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced individual for the further development and support of payment transaction applications EBICS, SWIFT, and MBCLT.

In an existing Scrum team, you will develop backend and frontend components, implement business requirements, and support ongoing operations. You will work closely with business departments and other IT teams.

• Independent implementation of features and stories in the Scrum team
• Analysis of business requirements and development of technical concepts and designs
• Development of backend components with Java/Spring and frontend components with Angular
• Further development of applications in the area of SWIFT, EBICS, and MBCLT
• Responsibility for quality and timely implementation of own deliverables
• Taking over 2nd level support and incident management within agreed working hours
• Several years of experience as a Senior Developer with Java/Spring and Angular
• Very good knowledge of relational databases and SQL, especially Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Experience with agile development methods and collaboration in a Scrum team
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious way of working
• Willingness to take on support and operational tasks
• German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at B2 level
