Seeking a Senior Java Developer/DevOps with experience in agile methodologies and a service-oriented architecture. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications, optimizing processes, and ensuring security and compliance in financial services.

- Design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications and integration solutions in IT projects using agile methods for the implementation of a service-oriented IT architecture
- Consultation on troubleshooting and optimization of existing systems
- Consultation regarding the quality and performance of developed software and integration solutions through code reviews
- Consideration and integration of security and compliance requirements from the financial services sector for the protection of critical data and systems
- Optimization of development processes and methods to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the project team
- Advising the team on agile practices and the DevOps development approach
- Several years of experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Quartz, or Shedlock
- Profound knowledge of REST, SOAP, OpenAPI / Swagger, OAuth2, JWT, API Lifecycle Management, and API Security
- Experience with Maven, Sonar, and Git
- Knowledge of RDBMS database technologies, e.g., Postgres
- Experience with cloud platform technologies such as Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes
- In-depth understanding of agile development methods, especially Scrum, as well as the DevOps development approach
- Knowledge in IT Service Management, especially Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Enablement, Service Level Management, and Availability Management
- Optional: Knowledge of the Boomi platform (Boomi Integration, Boomi API Management, Boomi API Gateway, Boomi AtomSphere, Boomi Runtime Management, and Boomi DataHub)
- Workload: 4-5 days a week
