Senior Java Developer / Lead Developer Evolution

Project overview

Context of the mission

As part of strengthening a squad responsible for the operational maintenance (MCO) of strategic applications, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer to support a team of about ten collaborators in resolving incidents, implementing fixes, and continuously improving applications.

The position offers a real prospect of evolution towards a Lead Developer role, with progressive responsibility for technical subjects, team support, and contribution to development orientations.

• Developing and deploying fixes (hotfixes) in critical environments.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of code quality and development processes.
• Carrying out the necessary Java developments for application evolutions.

• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions within the team.
• Producing concise technical analyses and proposing recommendations.
