Senior MEP Construction Manager

Project overview

An international engineering and construction programme is looking for a Site Construction Manager to support the expansion of a large-scale advanced manufacturing facility in Dresden.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across several contractors and specialist trades.
• Manage construction execution in accordance with design, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and utility installations through to final handover.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to translate operational requirements into construction solutions.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and contractor performance.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and drive issue resolution on site.
• Review technical documentation and support procurement and tender processes.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with strict site standards.

Requirements

Contract Length: 4-6 Months

Locations: Berlin OR Dresden

• 5+ years' experience in site management, construction management, or project delivery.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, battery, semiconductor, or cleanroom construction projects.
• Experience managing MEP works and complex stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of construction management software, including Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with German construction processes and HOAI is desirable.
• Fluent English required. German or Polish language skills are beneficial.
