Senior MOA Project Manager – Supplementary Pension

Project overview

Our client, a player in the social protection sector, is looking for a Senior MOA Project Manager - Supplementary Pension (M/F) for a freelance or payroll management mission.

The mission is part of a context of stabilizing and optimizing management tools for supplementary pension beneficiaries. The consultant will work on the Retiree scope, with responsibilities for operational management, production monitoring, and project owner assistance.

Deliverables

• Lead and coordinate operational activities related to the Retiree domain.
• Ensure monitoring of overpayments and analyze statistical files related to tasks, interactions, reversions, and claims.
• Supervise task allocation, reallocation, and correction of authorization rights.
• Configure mailboxes and organize the distribution of new tasks.
• Ensure functional validation of Mercury for the beneficiary service.
• Analyze, monitor, and contribute to the resolution of functional incidents.
• Monitor production, perform functional testing, and write requirements.
• Build and provide operating procedures and files necessary for case processing.
• Participate in operational meetings and discussions with supplementary pension stakeholders.
• Incidents resolved within the given deadlines.
• Management requests processed within the given deadlines.
• Operating procedures and case processing files.
