Senior Product Development Engineer

Project overview

For an innovative project in the biopharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an experienced Product Development Engineer to further develop and scale Single-Use systems.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the further development of existing Single-Use Assemblies and their transfer to two further scalable systems. This includes the conception and specification of plastic fluid lines, hose systems, filters, pumps, and sensor technology. You will conduct technical assessments and design reviews, create product specifications and development documentation, as well as verification and validation concepts. Furthermore, you will prepare prototype construction and industrialization and document your work in common systems.

Requirements

You bring sound experience in product development, plastics technology, or fluid technology. Knowledge in the development of Single-Use systems in the biopharmaceutical environment is essential. You have practical experience with hose systems, plastic components, filtration, and sensor technology, as well as with technical design reviews and regulated development processes. Familiarity with validation and verification processes is assumed. Good German and English skills complete your profile.
