Context of the mission

As part of a digital transformation program for a major banking group, the Directorate of Innovation, Data, and Digital (DIDD) is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead two cross-functional digital capabilities:

The consultant will be involved in a transformation program to ensure product vision, roadmap definition, delivery management, and support for business projects in integrating these digital capabilities.

The main challenge is to optimize business processes, streamline interactions between IT teams and business departments, and improve the operational efficiency of banking journeys.

• Demand Management (GDD): a solution for centralizing, processing, and tracking customer requests across all channels.
• BPM Flow: a business process orchestration solution, based on the CGI Dynamic Process 360 (DP360) software package, enabling unified management of employee tasks.
• Location: Paris
• Remote work: 2 days per week
• Schedule: Full-time
• Start date: Between 10/19/2026 and 11/02/2026
• Define and manage the product vision for GDD and BPM Flow solutions.
• Build, prioritize, and track product roadmaps in line with business needs.
• Ensure delivery management, from design to deployment of updates.
• Support the integration of new business processes and workflows.
• Ensure coordination between IT departments and business units (Retail Banking, Professional Banking).
• Improve user experience and resolve identified pain points.
• Ensure the consistency and evolution of cross-functional digital capabilities.
• Optimize and automate banking business processes.
• Streamline the processing of customer requests and the management of employee tasks.
• Secure deliveries and ensure the solutions meet business expectations.

Responsibilities

Expected deliverables:

• Take charge of the overall vision for FLOW and GDD products and define their evolution trajectory.
• Develop and manage roadmaps: prioritization, planning, and tracking of evolutions.
• Conduct scoping studies and analyze needs expressed by business projects.
• Write functional documents: DFG, DCFD, and other design deliverables.
• Model IT processes and identify opportunities for integrating new workflows.
• Manage delivery: track development, testing, and deployments.
• Maintain and evolve product reference frameworks and service offerings.
• Coordinate exchanges between IT, business teams, and software vendors.
• Identify, analyze, and address customer pain points and propose corrective actions.
• Facilitate the adoption and promotion of solutions among different business departments.
• Updated FLOW and GDD product roadmaps.
• Functional scoping documents (DFG, DCFD).
• Maps and models of business/IT processes.
• Functional design documents.
• Delivery, testing, and deployment tracking reports.
• Updated reference frameworks and service offerings.
• Corrective action plans related to user pain points.
