• Establishment and management of governance, reporting, and decision-making processes
• Creation and maintenance of an integrated IT roadmap
• Coordination of architecture, applications, data, AI, integration, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
• Management of risks, dependencies, resources, and budgets
• Steering of technology partners and implementation service providers
• Preparation of implementation and rollout phases
• Ensuring structured knowledge transfer to the future Director IT Program Management
• SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
• Salesforce Health Cloud
• Custom clinical applications
• AI and data platforms
• API and integration platforms
• Cloud-based enterprise landscapes
• IT governance and decision model
• Integrated program and milestone planning
• Risk, issue, and decision register
• Executive status reports
• Implementation preparation and operating model
• Documented program baseline and handover package

Requirements

Personal Profile

An experienced interim leader at Principal, Partner, or Program Director level is sought, combining strategic program management with technical expertise. This role is explicitly not a pure PMO, project management, or architecture position.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT transformations and international large-scale programs
• Proven leadership of complex multi-million Euro programs
• Experience in multi-vendor environments
• Strong skills in stakeholder, vendor, and budget management
• Experience in global rollouts and process harmonization
• Profound knowledge in at least two of the following areas:
• SAP ECC / S/4HANA
• Salesforce
• Enterprise Integration & API Management
• AI and data platforms
• Cloud and custom development
• Established and functioning IT governance
• Aligned business and IT roadmap
• Transparent architecture and delivery decisions
• Active management of risks, resources, and partners
• Smooth preparation for implementation
• Complete and structured handover to the permanent Director IT Program Management.
