Senior Project Leader Area Development and Housing Locations (Secondment)

Project overview

The assignment includes the integral leadership of multiple housing and area development projects in the municipalities of Duiven and Westervoort.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing multiple housing projects in various development and realization phases
• Driving the development of the Biezenkampen housing location
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams
• Preparing and monitoring schedules, risk analyses, and financial frameworks
• Providing advice to directors, management, executive board, and municipal council
• Maintaining contact with developers, housing corporations, consulting firms, and landowners
• Coordinating spatial planning procedures under the Environmental Act
• Supporting tendering and selection processes
• Preparing administrative decision-making
• Identifying risks and opportunities, and providing advice on them
• Monitoring the balance between spatial, financial, legal, and societal interests
• Demonstrable minimum of 15 years of work experience in the physical domain within a municipal organization
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a role as project leader, program manager, or quartermaster within area development and housing construction
• Work experience within a municipal organization, gained in the last 5 years
• Available for at least 20 hours per week during the duration of the assignment
• Completed education of at least HBO bachelor's level in Spatial Planning, Planning, Area Development, Public Administration, or a comparable field
