Senior Project Manager Agentic Quality Engineering

Description

For our client in the banking environment, we are looking for an experienced personality to lead a project in the field of Agentic Quality Engineering. The goal is to make software testing more efficient through semi-autonomous AI agents while ensuring human control according to the 'Human in the Loop' principle.

• Leadership of the project from strategy and initialization through proof of concept and pilot to introduction and scaling.
• Execution or coordination of an SDLC assessment with a focus on testing, as well as definition of the target state, scope, and success criteria.
• Creation of business cases and decision-making bases, including cost-benefit, risk, and feasibility analyses.
• Evaluation of suitable tools, platforms, and services using RFI/RFP, as well as preparation and negotiation of supplier contracts together with vendor management.
• Development of the target architecture, operating model, and a security and compliance concept in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments.
• Conception and coordination of a technical PoC to verify system and LLM integration, as well as execution of an operational pilot.
• Management of integration into the existing system and tool landscape, as well as responsibility for deadlines, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Creation of the project test concept, coordination of test management, as well as planning of documentation, training, and operational handover.

Requirements

• Several years of sound project management experience in complex IT and integration projects, ideally in the banking or financial environment.
• Substantial practical experience with AI in testing, for example Agentic AI, Autonomous Testing, or AI-driven Testing in the enterprise environment.
• Several years of experience in test management, software testing, or quality assurance, ideally including test assessments.
• Many years of experience in collaborating with governance, risk, compliance, data protection, and IT security.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially Swiss data protection law (DSG) and FINMA regulations.
• High level of self-organization, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in dealing with IT, business departments, and suppliers.
