✅Join the team implementing a transformation program for an organization in the banking sector. We are looking for a Senior Project/Programme Manager who will be responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring the smooth execution of business and regulatory objectives.

We are looking for you if:

• from software and infrastructure development, through analysis and testing, to strategic product and process management. We implement diverse IT projects for clients from many industries, ensuring good development practices and work-life balance. We create solutions that matter
• for companies in Poland and around the world.
• you have extensive experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager, or Lead Project Leader in the banking industry
• you have documented experience in leading large transformation programs covering multiple areas of the organization
• you know the principles of program management, including governance, risk and dependency management, and management-level reporting
• you can coordinate multiple workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders from various business and technological areas
• you have experience in the banking or financial sector
• you have very good communication skills and can effectively manage stakeholders
• you can make independent decisions, lead teams, and are responsible for achieving set goals

• leading complex transformation initiatives and translating business strategy and regulatory requirements into concrete actions and results
• building and developing governance structures, implementation models, and program management frameworks
• coordinating multiple workstreams and cooperation between business areas, organizational units, legal departments, and technological teams
• monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, and escalations, and preparing reports to support decision-making
• leading change management activities and preparing the organization for implemented initiatives
• supporting Project Managers, analysts, and delivery teams, and developing good practices and continuous improvement
• cooperation based on a B2B contract

Nice to have

• experience in programs related to AML, KYC, compliance, or other regulatory requirements will be an additional asset
