• Planning, steering, and monitoring the international rollout of the Bordereau Management solution, including IT Operations
• Development and continuous maintenance of an integrated rollout plan for international locations and stakeholders
• Coordination of rollout activities between central business and IT units, as well as international locations

• Preparation and execution of regular project, status, and governance meetings

• Demonstrable experience in planning and managing rollouts across multiple countries or international locations
• Experience in complex transformation programs with a multitude of business and IT stakeholders
• Extensive experience in stakeholder, communication, and information management
• Experience in project planning, project controlling, risk and dependency management, and management reporting
• Profound experience in the insurance sector, preferably in industrial and specialty insurance
• Experience in the Delegated Authority business
• Knowledge and practical experience in Bordereau Management
• Knowledge of TPA management or collaboration with Third Party Administrators
• Experience working with international and intercultural teams
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of common project management and collaboration tools
• Excellent communication skills in an international and intercultural environment
• Very strong stakeholder and information management skills
• Ability to structure, concisely present, and tailor complex issues for different target groups
• High degree of independence, commitment, and strong sense of responsibility

Service Description

The HIT program is responsible for modernizing and harmonizing the application landscape of a client in the insurance industry, as well as the phased introduction of strategic target platforms and global solutions. Within the scope of the *Bordereau Tooling* sub-initiative, the selection process for a new Bordereau Management solution has been completed. The initiative is now preparing for the implementation and international rollout of the solution.

An experienced Senior Project Manager is sought for the planning, steering, and monitoring of the global rollout. The role is responsible for operational rollout management and coordinates business departments, IT units, international locations, and internal/external stakeholders. A key focus is on structured stakeholder, communication, and information management.
