Project overview

The topic cluster "Resilient System Management" translates resilience into concrete requirements, strategic guidelines, and operational solutions.

The "System Map" project aims to establish a central and consistent view of systems, processes, data flows, interfaces, and responsibilities. This reduces knowledge silos, makes dependencies transparent, and creates the foundation for faster analyses and well-founded architecture and further development decisions. An MVP is to be established as a reliable "Single Source of Truth" for prioritized use cases.

The "Process Monitoring" project aims to create transparency regarding the performance and quality of system management processes. By establishing overarching monitoring, including key performance indicators, analysis, and alerting mechanisms, weaknesses, trends, and optimization needs can be identified early, and improvement measures can be systematically managed. This supports the continuous further development of processes and promotes knowledge transfer within the organization.

To successfully implement both initiatives, separable project management, planning, and decision-making documents will be created and maintained. The contractor is responsible for the creation and acceptance-ready handover of the defined deliverables.

Creation, maintenance, and acceptance-ready handover of the planning, control, risk, and decision documents described below for the "System Map" and "Process Monitoring" projects, taking into account the agreed-upon deadlines and quality requirements.

Deliverables

For each deliverable, completeness, business traceability, consistency with approved requirements, and handover in the agreed format are considered acceptance criteria.

• Establishment and execution of overarching project management for both projects.
• Creation and maintenance of project plans, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Management of risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Conception, preparation, moderation, and results documentation of project committees and workshops.
• Creation of management and status reports.
• Coordination with business units, business IT, and other stakeholders.
