Responsibilities

Profile

• Independent technical and commercial management of demanding projects in the field of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technology
• Independent planning and design of technical systems and supply concepts, especially in the field of ventilation
• Analysis of technical customer requirements and development of suitable system and supply solutions
• Calculation, quotation preparation, and processing of technical tenders
• Planning and coordination of materials, personnel, logistics, and system installation
• Management of projects from planning through assembly and commissioning to dismantling
• Coordination of customers, fitters, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and technical implementation
• Completed technician training in building services engineering, supply engineering, heating, air conditioning, or ventilation technology
• Alternatively, or preferably, a completed university degree, for example in supply engineering, building technology, or energy and building technology
• Sound professional experience in technical project management in the HVAC or building services engineering sector
• Sound experience in planning technical systems
• Very good technical understanding of ventilation systems as well as their structure, functionality, and design
• Ability to independently plan, assess, and implement projects technically, ideally experience in calculation, quotation preparation, and technical customer consulting
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working, willingness to travel, driver's license class B
