Senior Project Manager Test Data Management & Data Anonymization

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a demanding project in the financial sector. You will lead the setup of a comprehensive solution for test data management and data anonymization.

Your responsibilities include overall project responsibility from the concept phase through a proof of concept to operational implementation. You will gather stakeholder requirements, develop solution approaches, and create detailed specifications. Furthermore, you will develop business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and assess risks and feasibility.

If necessary, you will conduct a vendor evaluation, coordinate the proof of concept, and manage the integration into existing system landscapes. A key focus is on establishing a compliance-conformant, customer identification data-free development environment for internal and external developers. You will develop governance-conformant verification processes and are responsible for the project team, deadlines, budget, quality, and risk management.

At least five years of project management experience in complex IT and integration projects is required, as well as substantial experience in test data management, data anonymization, or synthetic test data generation in a banking environment. Practical knowledge of Test Data Management solutions is required. You have deep technical understanding of databases, interfaces, and CI/CD processes.

Knowledge of relevant data protection regulations and compliance requirements is essential. Proven experience in collaborating with Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Security teams is a prerequisite. An independent, structured way of working, assertiveness, and strong communication skills complete the profile.

The position is limited to 6+ months, starting in November 2026, and will be filled with 100% utilization.
