Senior Project Manager Agentic Quality Engineering

Project overview

For a project in the banking environment, we are looking for an experienced project manager to lead an innovative initiative in the field of Agentic Quality Engineering. The goal is to make software testing more efficient through semi-autonomous AI agents, while ensuring human control according to the 'Human in the Loop' principle.

Your responsibilities include complete project management from strategy through proof of concept and pilot to implementation and scaling. You will conduct an SDLC assessment, define target states and success criteria, create business cases with cost-benefit and risk analyses, and evaluate suitable tools and platforms. You will develop the target architecture, operating model, and a security and compliance concept in collaboration with relevant specialist departments.

Furthermore, you will design a technical proof of concept and coordinate an operational pilot. You will manage the integration into existing system landscapes and be responsible for deadlines, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder communication. Finally, you will create the project test concept and coordinate test management, documentation, training, and operational handover.

We expect several years of project management experience in complex IT and integration projects, ideally in the banking or financial sector. Substantial practical experience with AI in testing (Agentic AI, Autonomous Testing) is required. You should have several years of experience in test management and quality assurance, as well as long-term collaboration with governance, risk, compliance, and IT security. Knowledge of regulatory requirements is necessary. High self-organization, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented hands-on mentality complete your profile.
