Job description
Lead construction management activities for energy infrastructure projects, focusing on safety, coordination, and compliance with cultural heritage protection during the energy transition. Requires experience in managing large construction projects, HSE standards, and stakeholder relations.
Responsibilities
- Organization and team building for construction management
- Execution of construction preparatory measures, including archaeology and unexploded ordnance detection
- Consulting and strategic alignment of the team
- Operational implementation of all construction activities and measures
- Management of resources and sub-projects
- Interface management of all project participants, strategic and operational
- Monitoring of sustainable processes and regulatory requirements
- Cost and quality control as well as ensuring deadline targets
- Implementation and adherence to HSE standards and a zero-accident culture
- Strategic and operational management for occupational safety and health
- Documentation as well as stakeholder and risk management

- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
- Profound years of experience in managing large construction or infrastructure projects including site responsibility with a volume of + €50 million
- Sound HSE knowledge, e.g., "Zero Harm", preventive measures, etc.
- Very good knowledge of project planning, risk management, tendering, awarding, contract management, QM
- Knowledge of technical standards in civil engineering, legal frameworks, norms, and safety regulations
- Experience in service provider management and cooperation with authorities, including planning approval procedures
- Experience in lateral leadership of interdisciplinary teams, know-how in Lean Construction, BIM, GIS, CAD, AVA etc.
- Driving license class B and unrestricted work permit for the EU
- Experience from comparable projects is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, at least C1 required
