Senior Project Manager – International Rollout & Change Management | Remote

Project overview

For our client, an internationally active company with numerous locations, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support an international rollout and transformation project.

Key Data:

As part of an international project, newly developed employee clothing will be introduced at numerous locations in several countries. The goal is to transfer previously nationally organized processes into a uniform international structure and to establish new end-to-end processes for this purpose.

For the implementation, we are looking for an experienced project manager who will support the responsible project management as a right-hand person and sparring partner. In addition to strategic consulting, the focus is on operational project control, coordination of different stakeholders, and support of organizational changes.

Responsibilities

Support and advise project management in planning, controlling, and implementing the international rollout

Develop and harmonize cross-country end-to-end processes, including defining responsibilities and interfaces

Create presentations, decision proposals, and project documents for management

Plan and moderate workshops and cross-departmental coordination meetings

Moderate conflicts and develop pragmatic solutions with different stakeholders

Support organizational changes and assist with change management

Contribute to the development of new processes for quality management and sustainable circular economy concepts

Take on operational, administrative, and organizational tasks in project management

Requirements

Several years of experience in project management and in managing complex, cross-departmental projects

Demonstrable experience in planning and implementing international rollouts across multiple countries

Sound knowledge of process management and the development of end-to-end processes

Experience in change management and supporting organizational changes

Strong moderation, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Experience in stakeholder management, ideally up to management level

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality

Willingness to take on conceptual, operational, and administrative tasks

Very good German language skills

Desirable:

Experience in international companies with decentralized organizational structures

Experience with harmonizing and centralizing nationally organized processes

Project experience in the retail sector
