Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using modern Python, asynchronous programming and clean architectural principles
• Design and implement REST APIs, data schemas and integrations with external services, knowledge sources and AI components
• Build and enhance LLM-based backend capabilities, including agent orchestration, tool integration and response evaluation
• Ensure software quality through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD workflows and continuous improvement of production services

Requirements

Main advantages:

• Strong professional experience in Python backend development and building production-grade web services
• Advanced hands-on experience with Python 3.x, asynchronous programming, type hints and backend API development
• Proven experience delivering LLM or Generative AI functionality in production, beyond prototypes or proof-of-concepts
• Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, including prompt engineering, tool integration and/or agent workflows
• Strong understanding of LLM evaluation and quality assurance, including test datasets, evaluation methods, observability or production feedback signals
• Solid knowledge of typed and asynchronous Python as well as modern API frameworks such as FastAPI and validation frameworks such as Pydantic
• Experience working with structured software architectures, automated testing, Git-based development workflows and CI/CD environments
• Professional working proficiency in English and experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams
