Senior Recruiting Consultant | Freelance

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiting Consultant to support us in analyzing, optimizing, and making our existing recruiting processes more efficient as part of a time-limited project.

Our goal is to attract qualified candidates faster, fill positions more quickly, and at the same time sustainably reduce our recruiting costs.

Responsibilities

Analysis of our existing recruiting processes and identification of optimization potentials

Development of strategies for faster acquisition of qualified candidates and additional leads

Optimization of recruiting workflows and reduction of time-to-hire

Identification of cost reduction opportunities

Consulting on the implementation of AI tools and automation in recruiting

Development of concrete, practical measures for efficiency improvement

Requirements

Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally as a Senior Recruiter, Head of Recruiting, or Recruiting Consultant

Demonstrable experience in optimizing and scaling recruiting processes

Knowledge in the field of AI-supported recruiting and process automation

Strategic understanding combined with a practice-oriented approach

Ideally, experience in personnel placement or the staffing industry

Framework Conditions:

Project-based collaboration on a freelance basis

Remote possible

No permanent employment intended

Scope and fee by agreement
