Job description
Seeking a Senior Developer with a strong focus on Release Management and Industrialization to secure application deliveries for the MINT product, optimize production processes, and perform Java development and maintenance.
Project overview
As part of the transverse Release Management activity for the MINT product, the team is looking for a Senior Developer profile with a strong component of Release Management / Industrialization.
The main objective is to secure the deliveries of the product's application versions, optimize and industrialize existing production deployment processes, while also carrying out development and application maintenance activities in a Java environment.
Missions and responsibilities
Securing & Industrializing Deliveries:
Coordinate, pace, and secure the deliveries of MINT product versions.
Optimize and automate existing production deployment (MEP) processes.
Define and enforce good branching/merging and versioning practices under Git.
Managing CI/CD Pipelines:
Maintain and evolve continuous integration and deployment chains.
Resolve build incidents and streamline the delivery cycle.
Development & Technical Support (Maintenance):
Engage in development and application maintenance activities in a Java / Spring Boot environment.
Participate in the management and monitoring of distributed asynchronous flows (Apache Kafka).
Quality Metrics & Transverse Coordination:
Ensure code quality and security through static analysis tools.
Ensure technical coordination between different project teams and guide developers in good release practices.
Profile Sought
Release Management: Multi-team coordination, version planning management, preparation and securing of production deployments (experience in large accounts/retail environments highly valued, e.g., Lyreco, ADEO).
CI/CD & Versioning: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Maven, Git (advanced management of branches, merges, tags, and releases).
Development & Architecture: Java, Spring Boot, distributed and microservices architectures, design/integration of asynchronous flows with Apache Kafka.
Quality & Security: SonarQube, Checkmarx.
Management & Monitoring: Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
