Project focus
You’ll join a Ruby on Rails delivery team building and enhancing digital services for a UK public sector client. The focus is core Rails feature delivery: building REST APIs, managing PostgreSQL data changes and migrations, implementing background processing and keeping quality high through well-tested code.

Minenhle Mdluli
- 5+ years’ commercial experience with Ruby, primarily on Ruby on Rails applications
- Strong PostgreSQL experience, including writing and managing safe migrations
- Designing and building REST APIs
- Background job processing (e.g. Sidekiq, Active Job or similar)
- Writing thorough automated tests with RSpec
- Comfortable working independently within an agile, remote delivery team
- Experience delivering for UK public sector clients is highly desirable
- Must be based in Portugal, Poland or Romania
