Senior SailPoint IAM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business and technical requirements in the area of Identity Governance and Administration
• Conception and configuration of SailPoint-based processes for the Identity Lifecycle
• Implementation and further development of Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes
• Setup and maintenance of access requests, approval workflows, re-certifications, role models, and policies
• Development and support of integrations with HR systems, directory services, target applications, and IAM platforms
• Configuration of identity aggregation as well as provisioning and deprovisioning processes
• Support in the introduction and further development of role-based access concepts and governance measures
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems in development, test, and production environments
• Support with deployments, testing activities, system updates, and handover to operations
• Close coordination with application managers, security teams, business units, and operational units

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint IdentityNow
• Profound knowledge in the area of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Experience in Identity Lifecycle Management as well as in provisioning and deprovisioning processes
• Practical experience in configuring re-certifications, approval workflows, role models, and policies
• Good knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, databases, and REST APIs
• Experience in implementing SailPoint integrations as well as handling customer-specific connections
• Solid understanding of IAM, access management, and information security
• Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or comparable technologies
• Strong analytical skills as well as experience in error analysis and problem-solving
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience with other SailPoint products or modules, e.g., IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or Atlas in more complex deployment scenarios
• Project experience in large corporate structures or in the telecommunications sector
• Knowledge in the area of Cloud IAM and hybrid identity architectures
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing procedures
• Existing SailPoint certifications
• German language skills are an advantage
