Senior SAP Basis & Data Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the technical operation, monitoring, and support of SAP and Data Analytics landscapes (including SAP BO, BW, HANA, Datasphere, and SAC)
• Performing updates, major releases, migrations, as well as technical error analysis and troubleshooting in productive system environments
• Managing authorizations, access configurations, system connections, and interfaces between SAP and Analytics platforms
• Monitoring and analyzing data pipelines and ETL processes, including troubleshooting technical disruptions
• Supporting the stabilization and management of existing customer landscapes as well as critical maintenance and operating environments during a transition phase

Requirements

Framework Conditions

• Several years of practical experience in SAP Basis and/or Data Analytics environments, ideally at a senior level
• Profound knowledge in SAP BO, SAP BW, SAP HANA, as well as experience with technical system integration and establishing connections
• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Know-how in authorization management, monitoring, technical updates, migrations, and support of complex SAP landscapes
• Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and ideally experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks
• Start: from January 202
• Duration: initially approx. 6 months as a transitional solution, extension possible.
• Location: predominantly remote, only occasional on-site appointments for onboarding or technical implementations
• Workload and contract model by agreement
