Client

The Financial Service Center (FDC) is a work unit of the Directorate of Services, Partnerships, and Execution (DSU) within the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. The FDC is a partnership for five ministries that manages the financial administration for the core ministries of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, Finance, Education, Culture and Science, Social Affairs and Employment, and Health, Welfare and Sport. Additionally, the FDC also provides functional and application management for the financial SAP 3F system of these ministries. The FDC employs over 100 FTE.

Project

To support the FDC Management cluster, there is a need for a Senior SAP FI/PSM-FM Consultant starting December 1, 2026. Familiarity with financial processes within the Central Government (KFI) is a pré.

Intended Result

The intended result of the assignment is to relieve the FDC Management cluster of functional application management and to provide additional support regarding the NAU conversions for the connection to the FDC.

Personal Qualities

• Support FDC Management with functional and application management activities.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and user requests.
• Advise and participate in ongoing projects and provide support where necessary.
• Inventory and process change requests, as well as prepare impact analyses.
• Conduct preliminary research and needs analyses.
• Align customer needs with standard SAP solution capabilities.
• Prepare project plans and support activities within ongoing projects.
• Perform unit tests and report on implemented solutions, including offering them for acceptance testing.
• Prepare and/or update documentation and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities with the change manager and the internal organization.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar Central Government organization.
• Broad basic knowledge of ICT and technical infrastructures.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of application and functional management.
• Conceptual knowledge of business administration/business economics.
• Conceptual knowledge of information systems.
• Experience with preparing functional documentation.
• Conceptual knowledge of organization-oriented design methods and techniques.

Requirements

1 Candidate demonstrably possesses a minimum WO (higher professional education/university level) working and thinking level. Verifiable in CV and motivation (evident from completed education or at least 5 years of work experience at WO level).

2 Candidate demonstrably has at least 5 years of experience as a SAP Consultant.
