Senior SAP FI/RE-FX & BW/4HANA Developer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Developer for a demanding project in the area of finance and reporting. The position is fully remote and runs from January 2027 to December 2028, with a scope of 400 person-days.

In this role, you will develop technical solutions for complex business requirements in the areas of Operate Lease, Cash Flow, and Contract Valuation. You will program and implement technical components in compliance with standardized development guidelines, fix errors from test and production phases, and create comprehensive technical documentation. Furthermore, you will support operations management and user support.

We expect the following core competencies: at least 3 years of experience in SAP FI and SAP RE-FX, 5+ years in SAP BW or BW/4HANA, and 3+ years in SAP Datasphere with SAC. Two reference projects in the railway transport industry should be proven.

Senior-level knowledge in ABAP (5+ years), HANA SQL (5+ years), consulting skills in requirements analysis (5+ years), experience with Core Data Services (3+ years), and REST API development (3+ years) are desirable.

The position requires fluent German and English skills. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in SAP implementation projects and proven expertise in developing complex data solutions.
