The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Solution Architect to take ownership of SAP HR architecture within a large organisation.

Working closely with HR and IT stakeholders, you will act as the architecture lead, providing technical direction and expertise across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, integrations, cloud technologies and identity management.

This is a long-term assignment offering the opportunity to shape and develop the organisation's HR technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Experience

Candidates must demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in each of the following areas:

Overall experience: 10+ years in SAP/HR technology.

Language Requirements

• Lead the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solution architecture.
• Design and advise on integrations between SAP HR and other systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Define and implement SuccessFactors extensibility solutions.
• Advise on SAP HCM extensibility, particularly Fiori application design and user experience.
• Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) configuration.
• Provide architectural guidance across the S/4HANA environment, including migration activities.
• Support the configuration and development of SuccessFactors Work Zone, Employee Central Service Center and SAP Fiori Launchpad.
• Solution Architecture across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• SuccessFactors extensibility.
• SAP Fiori application design, particularly UX.
• SAP S/4HANA environments and migration.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) configuration.
• SuccessFactors Work Zone.
• SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration.
