Project overview

As part of a progressive transformation towards a product-oriented operating model, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile & Product Coach to support several IT teams in evolving their organization, practices, and delivery methods.

The mission is part of a context where Project and Product modes still coexist temporarily, with the objective of evolving teams towards greater autonomy, responsibility, and value-driven management.

You will be involved in structuring products, organizing squads, coaching roles, streamlining delivery, and change management.

• Support the structuring of teams and squads
• Clarify roles and responsibilities between Product Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Scrum Masters, and managers
• Help establish multidisciplinary, autonomous, and responsible teams
• Structure unified and prioritized product backlogs
• Support Discovery, Delivery, Build, and Run practices
• Implement useful and action-oriented ceremonies
• Improve the management of flows, capacities, obstacles, and dependencies
