• Develop and be responsible for the test strategy and test concept for the replacement of the existing CCM, including old/new comparison with identical data streams
• Plan, manage, and monitor all test activities from conception to introduction in close coordination with Product Owner, Development, Architecture, and Business Departments
• Define solution approaches for documents that cannot be triggered manually, such as reminders or month-end processing, for example, via simulation, time control, or batch test environments
• Establish test data management with use-case-based test data in compliance with data protection regulations
• Coordinate test phases such as integration test, end-to-end test, performance/mass test, and UAT, as well as manage defect management
• Create transparent test reporting and assess introduction readiness for Go/No-Go decisions
• Several years of experience as a Test Manager in large system replacement or migration projects
• Experience in Customer Communication Management/Output Management, ideally with corresponding platforms or comparable solutions
• Very good knowledge of the software development process in an agile environment, for example, SAFe or Scrum
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Language skills: German, English
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills in dealing with stakeholders from business, IT, and operations
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
