Senior ServiceNow Consultant (Analysis/Cleanup) - Immediate Start - 6M+Opt. - Remote/Hybrid

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d) starting immediately, with a workload of 5 days per week. The position primarily involves analyzing a historically grown ServiceNow environment with numerous custom developments and conceptually cleaning up legacy issues. A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its best practices, as well as sound experience in evaluating customizations and technical debt, are required. Furthermore, skills in the functional management of implementation teams and in advising stakeholders are needed.

We are looking for a personality who works conceptually and consultatively, not purely as an implementer.

• At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience in the 'as-is' analysis and evaluation of grown ServiceNow instances and customizations
• Experience in reverting custom developments to the ServiceNow standard (OOTB)
• Functional management of development or implementation teams, including quality assurance
• Conceptual and consultative approach with a confident demeanor towards stakeholders
• German and English, spoken and written
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM)
• Experience with ITSM core processes and CSDM
• Experience in international IT Service Management organizations
