Senior ServiceNow Developer – Operational Risk

Description

For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to further develop and operate existing solutions in the area of Operational Risk. You will work in an agile team on productive applications for Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and process documentation.

• Development and operation of ServiceNow-based Operational Risk applications
• Responsibility along the entire development process: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Ongoing expansion and optimization of existing services in an agile environment
• Close collaboration with four on-site developers, five nearshore developers, and four subject matter experts

Requirements

• Many years of experience in application development at an expert level, ideally 8–12 years
• Sound ServiceNow know-how with practical development experience
• University degree in a technical, analytical, or scientific field
• Interest in risk management and enjoyment of implementing business requirements into technical solutions
• Communicative personality, teamwork skills, and agile mindset
• German and English language skills at C2 level
• Experience with the ServiceNow modules GRC, IRM, BCM, and/or TPRM (advantageous)
