• Software Development: Conception, development, and further development of high-performance backend and frontend applications using Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript.
• AI Integration: Development and integration of AI-based applications and agentic systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embeddings, and Tool-Calling.
• API and Database Development: Design and implementation of robust REST APIs as well as integration and further development of database-driven applications.
• Quality Assurance: Development of automated tests, systematic error analysis, and sustainable resolution of technical problems.
• Deployment and Infrastructure: Participation in containerization, deployment, configuration, and CI/CD processes using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
• Analysis of Existing Systems: Quick familiarization with existing codebases, identification of technical risks, and targeted improvement of existing solutions.
• Technical Further Development: Ensuring maintainability, security, data protection, and long-term stability of the developed systems.
• Responsible AI Use: Critical review of AI-generated code regarding correctness, security, quality, and maintainability.
• Technical Communication: Coordination of solution approaches, transparent communication of technical decisions, and translation of incomplete requirements into reliable implementations.

Your Qualifications

• Seeking an experienced, independent, and solution-oriented person with a strong software engineering background and an interest in AI and agentic systems
• Sound experience with Python and FastAPI
• Good knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, or Tool-Calling
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and automated tests
• Confident use of Git and Docker
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm Charts
• Understanding of deployment, configuration, and CI/CD
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing codebases
• Experience in error analysis, debugging, and sustainable problem-solving
• Understanding of maintainability, security, data protection, and technical risks
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Responsible and critical handling of AI-generated code
• Analytical thinking, good technical communication, and the ability to develop robust and maintainable solutions even with incomplete requirements
