Job description
Join an international group in Bordeaux to build a common backend software platform using .NET Core. The role involves developing reusable microservices and supporting junior team members.
Project overview
A large international group is building a common software platform at its Bordeaux site for all its business applications, deployed in 18 countries. The objective: shared functions (vehicle identification, report generation, invoicing, etc.) should be developed only once, as reusable services that all applications consume.
You will join the team building these backend services.
The mission
- Develop reusable backend services in .NET Core and define their API contracts.
- Design inter-service communication using microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Produce reference implementations and translate architects' decisions into concrete solutions.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; evolve the CI/CD.
- Ensure monitoring and observability, analyze incidents and their root causes.
- Participate in technical trade-offs and documentation, mentor more junior profiles.
