Responsibilities
Support is sought for the functional and technical evaluation of a rough concept for a risk management and release process (stage-gate) in Salesforce and SharePoint. The goal is a realistic high-level effort estimate and the evaluation of possible solution approaches.

- Approval Architecture & Licensing: Comparison of Salesforce-native, custom, and external approval solutions regarding effort, license costs, security, traceability, and operation.
- Document Generation & SharePoint Integration: Evaluation of solutions for automated document creation, storage, and folder structure management in SharePoint using Salesforce and Microsoft technologies, as well as possible add-on products.
- Functional and technical assessment of the rough concept
- High-level effort estimate
- Presentation of solution variants, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and open points
