1.1 Project/Process Context

Common platform for infrastructure video with sensor/metadata: route knowledge, digital vegetation management, and visual measurement/clearance profiling for construction site planning. AI for object recognition, positioning, 3D reconstruction, and anonymization; explore new use cases.

1.2 Project Structure

Predominantly remote; Scrum with Daily, Planning, Review/Retrospective. Jira backlogs/sprints/tickets; automated CI/CD for build, test, and delivery.

3.1. Scope

Independent and self-organized: Develop iOS video recording, positioning, sensor analysis, and AI/CNN anonymization. Design software architecture, visual measurement systems, and video/GPS/sensor localization. Advise on architecture/technology strategy, innovation, and standards; document/minimize technical risks. Translate requirements into database, component, interface/service concepts according to reference architecture. Coordinate non-functional and hardware/software requirements and ensure quality of implementation.

Estimate effort, present complex topics, moderate workshops, and conduct design, code, and test reviews.

• M1: At least 5 years of experience in developing cloud-based software architecture for video recording with iOS integration — Senior, more than 5 years of experience.
• M2: At least 5 years of experience in developing AI-supported computer vision methods with PyTorch and YOLOv — Senior, more than 5 years of experience.
• M3: At least 5 years of experience in developing a native iOS app for recording video material of railway infrastructure. Technology Stack: Swift — Senior, more than 5 years of experience.
• M4: At least 3 years of experience in developing a visual measurement system based on object detection in video recordings. Technology Stack: OpenCV, SciPy — Intermediate, more than 3 years of experience.
• M5: At least 5 years of experience in full-stack web development with Java and Python — Senior, more than 5 years of experience.
• S1: Industry knowledge in traffic and transport infrastructure — Senior, more than 5 years of experience. | 50 %
