Seeking a Senior Specialist Planner with expertise in commercial kitchen and refrigeration technology for a freelance role in Frankfurt. The position involves modernizing existing facilities and planning new installations.
Responsibilities
+ Analysis of existing systems and development of a modernization concept for commercial kitchens and refrigeration technology
+ Planning and design of cooking technology, cooling areas, and CO2 refrigeration systems
+ Creation of execution documents, specifications, and tenders
+ Coordination of all technical trades (KG 400) and interfaces with electrical, ventilation, plumbing, MSR, and GLT
+ Advising the client on the award decision
+ Conducting quality controls, commissioning, and acceptances
+ Technical documentation and quality controls during the project

Requirements
+ Demonstrable experience in planning commercial kitchens
+ Proven experience with CO2 refrigeration systems in commercial kitchens
+ Experience in planning technical systems (KG 400) and coordinating TGA interfaces
+ Sound knowledge in the conception and implementation of comparable projects (e.g., production kitchens or canteens)
+ Expertise in refrigeration technology
+ Ability to view refrigeration systems holistically and develop future-proof solutions
+ Knowledge of current technical developments in refrigeration technology
+ Knowledge of legal requirements related to the F-Gas Regulation
+ Comprehensive knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines, especially HACCP and relevant DIN and VDI regulations
+ Experience in interdisciplinary project coordination
+ Ability to coordinate different trades and project participants
+ Ability to structurally manage technical and organizational interfaces
