Senior Specialist Commercial Kitchen and Refrigeration Technology (m/f/d)

Project overview

+ Analysis of existing facilities and development of a modernization concept for commercial kitchens and refrigeration technology

+ Planning and design of cooking technology, cooling areas, and CO2 refrigeration systems

+ Creation of execution documents, performance specifications, and tenders

+ Coordination of all technical trades (Cost Group 400) as well as interfaces to electrical, ventilation, sanitary, MSR, and GLT

+ Advising the client on the award decision

+ Execution of quality controls, commissioning, and acceptance

+ Technical documentation and quality controls during the project

Requirements

+ Demonstrable experience in planning commercial kitchens

+ Demonstrable experience with CO2 refrigeration systems in commercial kitchens

+ Experience in planning technical systems (Cost Group 400) and coordinating TGA interfaces

+ Sound knowledge in the conception and implementation of comparable projects (e.g., production kitchens or canteens)

+ Expertise in refrigeration technology

+ Ability to view refrigeration systems holistically and develop future-proof solutions

+ Knowledge of current technical developments in refrigeration technology

+ Knowledge of legal requirements related to the F-Gas Regulation

+ Comprehensive knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines, especially HACCP and relevant DIN and VDI regulations

+ Experience in interdisciplinary project coordination

+ Ability to coordinate different trades and project participants

+ Ability to systematically manage technical and organizational interfaces
