Our firm is currently supporting a leading international industrial group, recognized for its iconic brands and strong commitment to employee well-being. As part of a strategic reinforcement within the human resources department, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead talent acquisition for a key scope.
Reporting to the recruitment team and in direct liaison with a global center of excellence, you will be responsible for the entire hiring cycle for mid-level and senior executive positions. You will act as a true strategic partner to operational managers to precisely define their needs, anticipate required skills, and build an inclusive attraction strategy aligned with the group's growth ambitions.
On a daily basis, you will ensure targeted sourcing, telephone qualification, in-depth interviews, and final offer negotiation. You will manage activity via the Workday tool while ensuring rigorous monitoring of key performance indicators, particularly regarding recruitment quality, deadline adherence, and value creation. Embodying the company's values, you will ensure a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate.

With a Bac+5 degree, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Holding a degree of at least Bac+3 level, you have three to five years of successful experience in recruitment or a generalist HR role, acquired in a consulting firm or within a demanding corporate environment. Your mastery of assessment methods and modern ATS tools allows you to carry out your missions with rigor.
Recognized for your team spirit, you demonstrate great operational autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills. Given the multicultural context and frequent exchanges with international teams, fluent professional English and French are essential, both spoken and written.
