Project overview
We are looking for a senior technical expert for ServiceNow to reinforce a team.
The mission primarily concerns ServiceNow ITSM and technical topics around integrations, APIs, Kafka, and Datalake. The person will be the technical referent and must advance their subjects autonomously.
Essential skills:
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow on the support side is expected
JavaScript and AngularJS development
REST API and API Manager, ideally Gravitee
Kafka and Confluent platform
GitLab and CI/CD principles
Good understanding of web architectures
Skills in system administration or N2/N3 support, DevOps, or AI will be appreciated.
Terms: Start date desired January 4, 2027, with one year of visibility. The mission takes place in Clermont-Ferrand, on-site with up to two days of remote work per week, excluding Mondays. Technical English is necessary for daily exchanges with a team in India and publisher support.
