Job description
We are looking for a Senior Scheduler to be responsible for the schedule management of several high-voltage projects in tunnel construction. The role involves creating and maintaining schedules, assessing risks, and preparing status reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop specifications and templates for schedules and reports
- Maintain schedules in MS Project and prospectively Primavera P6
- Prepare schedules in ThinkCell for project communication
- Design, document, and moderate schedule workshops
- Evaluate milestones, schedule risks, and countermeasures
- Create monthly status surveys and schedule status reports
- Review contractor reporting and coordinate in status meetings
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management
- At least 2 years of schedule management of major projects
- Experience with schedules for complex construction projects
- Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera P6
- Proficient in PowerPoint with ThinkCell and Excel with Pivot Tables
- Sound knowledge of the market roles and tasks of a TSO
- Experience in presenting project status to middle management
- Very good German skills, at least level C1 required, good English skills level B2
