• Consulting on the development, coordination, and advancement of strategies, standards, and process models in the area of test automation. Final decisions are made by the stakeholder.
• Analysis of existing test processes, test automation solutions, and tools used, as well as derivation of optimization measures.
• Creation and updating of test automation and quality concepts for different test levels and test types.
• Consulting on the selection, evaluation, and introduction of suitable test automation tools, frameworks, and technical methods. Final decisions are made by the stakeholder.
• Consulting on setting up and advancing approaches for integrating automated tests into development, test, and release processes.
• Consulting on the definition and advancement of suitable key figures, quality criteria, and control mechanisms for test automation. Final decisions are made by the stakeholder.
• Technical consulting and coaching of test managers, testers, developers, and other stakeholders regarding methods, tools, and best practices of test automation, as well as support in building corresponding skills and team structures.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, decision templates, and recommendations for action in the context of test automation. Final decisions are made by the stakeholder.
