Senior Tester / Specialist (m/f/d) Automated Test with ServiceNow Experience

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Tester / Specialist (m/f/d) in the area of Automated Test Framework (ATF) for consulting services in the project, starting immediately. The focus is on the migration, optimization, and automation of existing test cases within the ServiceNow platform using the Automated Test Framework (ATF):

Responsibilities

• Analysis and evaluation of existing test cases regarding their automability
• Professional and technical revision of insufficiently specified test cases
• Implementation and maintenance of automated test cases in the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Configuration and optimization of test workflows within the ServiceNow platform
• Execution of manual tests for quality assurance
• Planning and execution of regression tests
• Documentation of test cases, test results, and test concepts
• Coordination with project stakeholders regarding test requirements and test results
• Consulting within agile project structures and test processes

Requirements

• ISTQB certification
• Several years of experience in software test management
• Extensive experience in manual testing
• Several years of experience in test automation
• At least 3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow
• especially ITSM, ITOM and related modules
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow ATF
• Practical project experience in creating and maintaining automated test cases with ATF
• Good Java programming skills
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Fluent German language skills
• Existing security clearance Ü2 or willingness to undergo an extended security clearance before project start

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications or enterprise IT projects
• Experience within complex ServiceNow landscapes
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in optimizing test processes and test standards
