Job description
The role involves migrating existing test cases into ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF), configuring and implementing automated tests, and performing manual and automated regression testing.
Project overview
Transferring existing test cases into the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Analysis, qualification, and specification of given test cases as a basis for implementation in ATF.
Configuration and implementation of automated test cases in ServiceNow ATF as well as ensuring their executability.
Execution of manual tests and automated regression tests.
Analysis of user stories and derivation of suitable test cases and test scenarios.
Documentation of test cases, test procedures, and test results.
Identification, analysis, and tracking of errors within the scope of quality assurance.
Requirements
Several years of practical experience in manual software testing and test automation.
At least three years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the ITSM and ITOM modules.
At least three years of experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Demonstrable project experience in test automation with ATF and the transfer of existing test cases into the framework.
Sound knowledge in the execution and documentation of regression tests.
Experience in the analysis and revision of insufficiently specified test cases as well as in the specification of test requirements.
Programming skills in Java.
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Ideally, an ISTQB certification.
