• Planning, conception, and implementation of complex Microsoft Teams Voice and Direct Routing projects
• Analysis of existing telecommunications and unified communications environments and development of suitable migration strategies
• Execution of international Microsoft Teams migrations, including the switch from ISDN to SIP trunking
• Planning, implementation, and administration of Session Border Controllers (SBC), especially AudioCodes and ideally Frafos SBC
• Design and operation of virtual SBC solutions and integration into existing IT and TC infrastructures
• Connection of SBCs to existing carriers and cloud carriers (e.g., Telnyx)
• Analysis of existing telephony hardware and development of economical solutions for existing devices
• Creation of technical concepts, migration plans, and implementation strategies
• Execution of commissioning, functional tests, and troubleshooting in international enterprise environments
• Technical consulting of clients within the scope of pre-sales activities, including workshops, solution designs, and effort estimations
• Support in offer creation as well as evaluation of technical requirements and feasibility
• Close collaboration with international clients, manufacturers, and project teams
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Several years of professional experience in Unified Communications, Enterprise Voice, or Microsoft Teams Phone
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and Enterprise Voice
• Profound experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC), especially AudioCodes, ideally also Frafos SBC
• Experience in planning and executing ISDN-to-SIP migrations
• Knowledge in the operation and administration of virtual SBCs
• Experience with SIP trunks and connecting different carriers
• Experience in analyzing existing TC infrastructures and developing future-proof migration concepts
• Experience in technical pre-sales as well as customer consulting and solution presentation
• Ideally, certifications in the area of AudioCodes, Frafos, or Microsoft Teams Voice
• Good knowledge of SIP, VoIP, RTP, TLS, DNS, NAT, and general network technologies
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (Must-have)
• German language skills C1
