Working Conditions

• Audit of the experience offered by web, mobile, and tablet business applications in the application portfolio
• Identification and prioritization of irritants, inconsistencies, friction points, and abandonment risks
• Formulation of reasoned UX/UI recommendations directly usable by application teams
• Production of mockups, wireframes, and illustrations to materialize recommendations
• Consolidation of personas from available data: usage, business profiles, satisfaction, verbatim feedback, and support requests
• Contribution to the UX component of the user score
• Occasional support for the design of the future CONEX web application
• Implementation of a homogeneous, reproducible UX audit method applicable to web, mobile, and tablet applications
• Evaluation of information architecture, navigation, comprehension, interactions, cognitive load, accessibility, and error prevention
• Cross-referencing UX findings with User Analytics data, satisfaction data, verbatim feedback, and support requests
• Capitalization of learnings across CONEX through a repository of best practices
• Production of educational materials and facilitation of UX sessions during the CONEX User Club
• Service organized on a fixed-price basis around four phases: scoping and methodology, audits and recommendations, capitalization and user score, support and transfer
• Analyses performed without direct interviews or testing with users
• Complete, reasoned, modifiable, reusable, and directly usable deliverables for CONEX and application teams
• Mission primarily carried out remotely, with bilateral meetings and in-person workshops as needed
• Four to five weekly meetings that can be held remotely
• No specific travel planned
